锁定加压钢板治疗中青年桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的早期疗效观察

目的探讨锁定加压钢板对中青年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者的临床治疗早期效果。方法筛选2012年1月～2013年8月深圳市横岗人民医院收治的80例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中青年患者,按照入院顺序,前40例患者采用普通T型钢板治疗（对照组）,后入院的40例患者采用锁定加压钢板手术治疗（观察组）。观察2组患者的早期治疗效果以及住院时间。结果对照组治疗后优良率为70.0%（28/40）,明显低于观察组的95.0%（38/40）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组平均住院时间为（18.4±2.4）d,明显高于观察组的（13.6±2.5）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的中青年患者具有显著的疗效,能够缩短患者住院时间,减轻痛苦,促进断骨愈合。

Objective To investigate the early clinical curative effect of locking compression plate application of comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius in youth. Methods 80 cases of distal radius comminuted fractures in young patients were screened from January 2012 to August 2013 in the hospital, according to the order of admission, 40 patients treated with ordinary T plate treatment （control group）, 40 cases of patients used locking compression plate （observation group）. To observe the early effect treatment and hospitalization time of two groups, patients. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate in the control group was 70%（28/40）, significantly lower than 95%in the observation group （38/40）, significant difference （P〈0.05）;The mean hospitalization time of the control group was （18.4 ± 2.4） d, significantly higher than the observation group （13.6 ± 2.5） d, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There has significant curative effect of locking compression plate in treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius in young patients, to shorten the hospitalized time, reduce pain, and promote bone healing.
