医护一体化查房在骨伤科应用效果分析

目的研究医护一体化查房在骨伤科的应用效果。方法回顾性分析广东省河源市和平县中医院收治的98例骨伤科患者的临床资料,将2012年1月～2012年6月收治的49例患者作为对照组,2012年7月～2012年12月间收治的49例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规病房巡查模式,观察组实施医护一体化查房管理模式,对比2组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组采取有效的医护一体化查房后,患者对护理人员的护理满意度大大提升,且护理人员自我满意程度得到提高。观察组护理满意度为99.4%,对照组护理满意度为89.8%,观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论医护一体化的实施有利于使护理满意度得到提升,实现护理干预工作的规范化,确保护理质量,使护理人员工作积极性与专业知识得到提升。

Objective Research on medical integration rounds in orthopedics application effect. Methods In Heyuan City, Guangdong Province Heping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 48 patients with bone traumatology department, will be in March 2012 to June 2012 were 24 patients as control group, in July 2012 to January 2014 were 24 patients as observation group. Control group didn＇t implement health care integration operation management mode, observation group to implement the medical integration operation management mode, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care. Results Observation group to adopt effective medical ward round after integration, to enhance the nursing of patients to nursing staff satisfaction, and satisfaction with nursing staff itself. Observation group nursing satisfaction was 99.4%,the control group nursing satisfaction was 89.8%,the observation group nursing satisfaction is better than that of control group, significant difference was found in comparison with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the health care integration to improve nursing satisfaction, realize the standardization of the nursing work, to ensure the quality of nursing, the nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm and professional knowledge get promoted.
