CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的价值

目的探讨CT引导下125I粒子植入联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的临床价值。方法抽取佛山南海社会福利中心康复医院放射科2010年1月~2013年10月收治的18例原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者作为研究对象,并给予6个月~2年的随访,同时结合其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗后随访发现,18例患者中,共有14例获得有效治愈,总有效率为77.8%。结论给予原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者CT引导下125I粒子植入联合TACE治疗,能够有效保证临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of CT guided 125 I seeds implant combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus. Methods 18 cases were collected from our hospital from January 2010 to October 2013 in the hospital in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus as the research object, and given 6 months to 2 years follow-up, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Follow-up found that after treatment of 18 cases, effective cure for a total of 14 cases, the total effective rate was 77.8%. Conclusion To give the primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus in patients with CT guided 125 I seed implantation combined with TACE treatment, can effectively guarantee the clinical treatment effect, worthy of promotion.
