摘要
对南京市第二医院住院患者接受人性化健康教育前后的效果与满意度进行比较,结果表明实施人性化健康教育改善了患者的满意度和健康知识的掌握。指出护理人员应在当前健康教育体系不健全、护理人力资源不足等情况下,采取人性化的方式对患者及健康人群进行健康教育。
The paper compares the learning outcomes and satisfaction ratio of inpatients before and after humane health education in Second Hospital of Nanjing, the result shows that the implementation of humane health education could improve the satisfaction ratio and health knowledge master status. In the current situation of inadequate health education system and nursing human resources, the nurses should carry out humane health education for patients and healthy people
