摘要
高职院校干部教育是一个持续不断的过程,在干部教育过程中充分运用学习型组织理论,引导干部主动、积极学习与创新,对学校和干部自身发展具有双赢的效果。高职院校通过营造独特校园文化、建立共同愿景、改善心智模式、追求自我超越、实施干部教育积分制,达到提高学校教育教学水平,促进干部成长的目的。
Cadre education in higher vocational colleges is a continuous process.Making full use of the theory of learning organization in the cadre education and leading cadres to study and innovate actively will have a win-win effect on the development of both the school and the cadre himself.In order to improve the level of school education and promote the growth of cadres,higher vocational colleges should create unique campus culture,build the shared prospects,better the mental model,pursuit self-transcendence and carry out cadre education integration system.
