摘要
鉴于教师职业与劳动的特殊性,教师已成为职业倦怠的高危人群,这一问题困扰着教师本身的发展及学校教育教学质量的提高。而边疆高职院校的教师由于内在和外在原因,更易出现职业倦怠问题,因此,从生存视角对边疆高职院校教师进行职业倦怠问题探析就具有较重要的意义。
In view of the special nature of teachers' occupation and labor,teachers have become the highrisk population of occupation burnout,which has plagued the development of teachers themselves and the quality of school education and teaching.While the teachers in the frontier higher occupation college tend to have more occupation burnout due to the internal and external reasons.Teachers' occupation burnout in the frontier higher vocational colleges is discussed in the paper from the perspective of survival.
