China's natural gas industry in 2013 and outlook for 2014

2013年,我国天然气储量继续保持快速增长,新增探明地质储量连续三年超过6000亿立方米,达到6164.33亿立方米;天然气产量稳步增长,全年天然气产量达1188亿立方米,同比增长约10%;新增天然气长输管道里程超过8000千米,储气库投产数量和投产规模均创历史记录;全年共进口天然气约535.8亿立方米,天然气总进口量同比增加约111亿立方米;天然气消费量约1691亿立方米,同比增长16%,消费增速大幅回升。2013年,天然气价格机制改革扩展至全国;中缅天然气管道投产,西南能源进口通道打通;《页岩气产业政策》出台;煤制天然气项目投产,政府审批放松;新疆广汇迈入进口商行列,民营企业实现零的突破;"煤改气"工程在全国铺开,如何实现科学发展引人关注。2014年,我国天然气消费将保持快速增长势头,预计消费量为1895亿立方米;天然气长输管线和LNG接收站建设继续发展;油气领域改革走向、俄罗斯天然气引入的影响以及天然气市场需求走向等热点引人关注。

China's natural gas reserves continued growing rapidly in2013.New proven geological reserves were more than 600 billion cubic meters for the third consecutive year,at 616.433 billion cubic meters.Natural gas production increased steadily.Annual natural gas production increased to 118.8 billion cubic meters,up about 10%.Mileage of new natural gas pipeline was over 8,000 kilometers.The number and the production scale of gas storage sites put into operation reached a record.Natural gas imports were 53.58 billion cubic meters,an increase of approximately 11.1 billion cubic meters.Natural gas consumption was 169.1 billion cubic meters this year,up about 16%.Natural gas pricing mechanism reform extended to the whole country in 2013.The Sino-Myanmar gas pipeline went into operation,opening the southwestern energy import route.A shale gas industry policy was introduced.A coal gasification project went into production,and government approval effort relaxed.Xinjiang Guanghui became the first private enterprise to import.Coal-to-gas projects spread across the country,and how to achieve scientific development of them attracted concern.In 2014 China's natural gas consumption is expected to maintain rapid growth and reach 189.5 billion cubic meters.Long distance natural gas pipeline and LNG terminal construction will continue.Oil and gas sector reform,the impact of the introduction of Russian natural gas,the natural gas market demand trend,etc.will be hot topics.
