探讨合作生产模式在心力衰竭患者健康教育中的应用

Exploration of using co-production concept in health education for patients with heart failure

目的探讨应用市场合作生产模式对心力衰竭患者实施健康教育的效果。方法选取2012年3月～2013年2月在北京丰台医院心内科住院治疗的心力衰竭患者116例作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组58例,对照组采用传统的健康教育方式,实验组借鉴市场合作生产的经验,实施患者参与的健康教育方式。比较两组患者对健康教育内容的掌握情况、遵医行为和对护理工作的满意度。结果①实验组掌握健康教育内容的达标率是93.1%,高于对照组（67.2%）,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;②实验组在遵医行为方面按时服药、合理饮食、合理作息、体重和尿量的达标率分别为93.1%、89.7%、93.1%、96.6%,与对照组（69.0%、58.6%、62.1%、44.8%）比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;③实验组对护理工作的满意度100.0%,与对照组（77.6%）比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论借鉴市场合作生产的模式,鼓励患者参与的健康教育方式,以患者的需求为导向,符合患者的需求,能够有效保障患者对健康教育内容的掌握,提高患者的遵医行为和对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of using co-production concept in health education for patients with heart failure. Methods 116 patients with heart failure who were treated in cardiovascular department in Beijing Fengtai Hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group and the control one, with 58 cases in each group. The patients in control group was given routine health education, while the experiment group received co-producing method. The results for the two groups′patients in comprehended and recalled educational information, compliance behaviors and satisfaction degree were compared. Results ①93.1% of patients in the experiment group for the comprehended and recalled educational information, was higher than 67.2% in the control group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）; ②the compliance rate in the experiment group and the control group of took medicine on time, reasonable diet, reasonable rest, the body weight and the urine volumn were93.1% vs 69.0%, 89.7% vs 58.6%, 93.1% vs 62.1%, 96.6% vs 44.8%, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）; ③the satisfaction of patients in the experiment group was 100.0%, which was much higher than that of the control group（77.6%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Based on the patients′need, coproduction modal is an effective method. By encouraging the patients′participating, co-production ensure the patients to master the contents of health education, improve their compliance behaviors and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work.
