芹菜素抗肿瘤作用及机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 恶性肿瘤是目前严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,且其发病率呈上升趋势,因此如何预防和治疗肿瘤,是当今医学领域中重点研究的课题。大量流行病学及膳食调查研究显示,肿瘤的发生发展与饮食结果密切相关,其中植物中的芹菜素可以预防和治疗多种类型肿瘤的发生。本文综述芹菜素抗肿瘤作用的机制,以其为芹菜素在抗肿瘤领域的开发及研究提供科学依据。 Cancer is one of the major disease which seriously harm human health and its incidence present a rising tendency. Consequently, how to prevent and cure the cancer has been a matter of concern in medicine research realms.A large number of epidemiological and dietary investigations show that tumor development is closely related to the diet results, Apigenin, one such plant-derived agent, can prevent and treat various types of tumors. This review examines the mechanism of anti-tumor effect to provide the scientific basis for the research and development of apigenin in anti-cancer field.
