基于BIM的清单式施工质量控制方法被引量：22

摘要建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的出现赋予了"在计算机上施工"的能力,其应用范畴已从最初的设计阶段拓展至现场施工管理领域。针对目前施工质量控制体系的缺陷,提出了基于BIM的清单式质量控制方法——通过构件ID识别码建立关系模型,结合BIM模型具象化的建筑构件质量要求、施工进度,形成按工序的建筑构件的质量控制要求,质检员根据清单要求实施现场检查,然后采用数理统计方法对建筑构件的质量进行量化的评定,生成评估报告,最终实现整个施工质量控制过程。
