江苏省上市公司环保核查工作的思考

Consideration about the Inspection and Verification of Environmental Protection of the Listed Corporations in Jiangsu Province

上市环保核查是环境保护部门为规范和促进持续改善上市企业的环境行为、避免因环境污染问题损害投资者利益的一项环境保护管理程序。开展上市企业环保核查,可提升企业环境管理水平,同时倒逼企业加强污染治理、推进环保管理。然而,在上市环保核查工作的开展过程中仍存在不足之处。本文就不足之处提出了相应的对策措施与建议,进而优化完善上市环保核查制度,增强上市企业环保核查的成效。

Inspection and Verification of Environmental Protection of the Listed Corporations is an management program that environmental protection departments formulate to standardize and promote the environmental behavior of Listed Corporations and prevent the investmerit risks brought about by the problem of pollution. The environmental protection departments will promote the environmental management and pollution control level of the Listed Corporations by earring out the program. However, there are still deficiencies. The countermeasures and suggestions in view of deficiencies are put forward in this paper, so as to optimize the program and increase effectiveness.
