内蒙古自治区国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量考核工作现状与存在问题

Status and problems of county ecological environmental quality assessment work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region national key ecological function areas

2011年以来,国家环保部、财政部联合开展国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量的监测、评价与考核工作,考核结果为每年国家重点生态功能区转移支付资金调节提供技术支持。目前内蒙古自治区有35个县域纳入国家的考核名单,涉及防风固沙和水源涵养两种生态功能类型。本文就内蒙古自治区国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量考核工作的开展情况与存在的问题进行分析与探讨。

Since 2011, the State Environmental Protection Department, Ministry of Finance jointly carry out key ecological function of National County ecological environmental quality monitoring, evaluation and assessment work. The assessment results for the annual national key ecological function areas transferred to provide technical support payments. At present, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has 35 counties into the state assessment list, involving the windbreak and sand fixation and water conservation two ecological function types. This paper analyzed the key ecological function areas in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region national ecological environment quality assessment work carried out and the existing problems.
