摘要
目的建立夏桑菊颗粒中主要成分迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对迷迭香酸进行含量测定,色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:0.8 ml/min,检测波长329 nm,柱温27℃,进样体积10μl,流动相为甲醇-0.5%乙酸水系统梯度洗脱。结果含量测定中迷迭香酸进样在0.22~8.80μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率和RSD均符合要求。结论所建立方法操作简单、专属性和重现性良好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish a method for determining rosmarinic acid in Xiasangju granules by RP-HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The detection wavelengths was 329 nm and the column temperature was 27℃ with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, the sample injection was 10μl,with gradient elution using methanol-0.5% acetic acid water as mobile phase. Results The linearity of rosmarinic acid was good(r=0.9999) in the range of 0.22-8.80 μg. The average recovery of and RSD were both suitable. Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied as the quantity control method of Xiasangju granules.
