齐拉西酮与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢、体重及泌乳素的影响

The influence of ziprasidone and risperidone on glucolipid metabolism,body weight and prolactin for female patients with schizophrenia

目的比较齐拉西酮与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢、体重及泌乳素的影响。方法将60例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组（n=30,80～160 mg/d）和利培酮组（n=30,10～30 mg/d）,疗程为8周,观察和比较两组患者治疗前,治疗4、8周后的空腹血糖（FBG）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C）、体重和泌乳素（PRL）变化。结果齐拉西酮组治疗4、8周后的FBG、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、体重和PRL水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。利培酮组治疗4周后的TG、PRL水平均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,治疗8周后的TG、TC、PRL水平和体重均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。利培酮组治疗8周后的TG、TC、PRL水平和体重均显著高于齐拉西酮组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者的血脂、体重和泌乳素有影响,而齐拉西酮的影响不显著。

Objective To compare the influence of ziprasidone and risperidone on glucolipid metabolism,body weight and prolactin for female patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 female patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the ziprasidone group（n=30,80-160 mg per day） group and the risperidone group（10-30 mg per day）,the course of treatment were 8 weeks.The change of FBG,TG,TC,HDL-C,lDL-C body weight and PRL level before treatment,after 4,8 weeks treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no statistical difference of FBG,TG,TC,HDL-C,lDL-C body weight and PRL level after 4,8 weeks treatment in the ziprasidone group compared with before treatment（all P〉0.05）.TG,PRL level after 4 weeks treatment were obviously increased compared with before treatment in the risperidone group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,TG,TC,PRL level and body weight after 8 weeks treatment were obviously increased compared with before treatment in the risperidone group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.TG,TC,PRL level and body weight after 8 weeks treatment in the risperidone group were obviously higher than those in the ziprasidone group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Risperidone can affect the blood lipid,body weight,and PRL level in female patients with schizophrenia,but there was no significant effect of ziprasidone.
