德莫林联合10%鱼肝油治疗压疮的效果观察

Effect observation of dermlin combined with 10% cod liver oil in the treatment of pressure sore

目的观察德莫林联合10%鱼肝油治疗压疮的效果。方法将2010年1月～2012年10月住院的60例压疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规用药方法,实验组应用德莫林联合10%鱼肝油治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组痊愈23例,显效4例,有效3例,无效为0,总有效率为100%,对照组治愈15例,显效2例,有效4例,无效9例,总有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.58,P〈0.05）。实验组的创面愈合时间为（14.85±1.50）d,对照组为（21.85±3.50）d,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论与常规治疗比较,德莫林联合10%鱼肝油治疗压疮缩短了治疗时间,提高了治愈率,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of dermlin combined with 10% cod liver oil in the treatment of pressure sore. Methods 60 patients with pressure sore admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were evenly divided into control group and experimental group in random.In the control group,patients were treated by conventional medication,while in the experimental group,patients were treated by dermlin combined with 10% cod liver oil.The therapeutic effect in both groups was compared. Results In the experimental group,the number of cure, excellent,effective and non-effective cases was 23,4,3 and 0 respectively,the total effective rate reached up to 100% In the control group,cases in cure,excellence, effectiveness,and non-effectiveness was 15,2,4 and 9 in turn,the total effective rate was70% and there was a statistical difference of the total effective rate in both groups（χ^2=6.58,P〈0.05）.With regard to wound healing time,it was（14.85±1.50）days in the experimental group,and（21.85±3.50） days in the control group,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In comparison with conventional treatment,dermlin combining with 10% cod liver oil in the treatment of pressure sore can shorten treatment time,increase cure rate, alleviate patient′s suffering,and improve quality of life.It is worthy of clinical expansion and application.
