高校退休教职工高血压患者校医院连续性护理服务需求与利用的调查研究

Investigation study on college retired staff hypertension patients′ need and utilization of continuous nursing service of college hospital

目的分析高校老年退休职工高血压患者对校医院连续性护理服务的需要和利用现状,为高校校医院更好地制订连续性护理服务措施提供依据。方法通过患者问卷调查和护士半结构访谈获取研究资料,进行定性、定量分析。结果退休教职工高血压患者总体对连续性护理服务需求较高,对连续性护理服务评价良好。护理人员在信息连续性、人际连续性和机构际连续性方面提出了建议。结论连续性护理服务具有良好的发展基础和较大的发展空间,校医院建设中应加强对连续性护理服务的投入。

Objective To analyze the current status of college retired staff hypertension patients′ need and utilization of continuous nursing service and provide evidence for college hospital in order to formulate better nursing measure.Methods Research data and material were collected by patients′ questionnaire and nurses′ semi-structure interview to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results College retired staff hypertension patients were starved of continuous nursing service,and they gave a good evaluation to that of college hospital.Specific advice on continuity of information,interpersonal relationship and inter-institution was given by nurses of college hospital. Conclusion Continuous nursing service has a good development foundation and a large development space in college retired staff hypertension patients and school should enhance the continuity of care in hospital construction input.
