Brief Discussion about Audit Work for County Region Environmental Statistics Annual Report

环境统计是环境管理一项重要的基础性工作,是环境管理科学决策的依据。随着全社会对环境问题和环境质量状况关注度日益提高,环境统计工作的作用和地位也逐步突显。尤其在环境统计工作进入总量控制体系并逐步成为重要一环之后,对环境统计的数据质量提出了更高的要求。加强数据审核正是提高环境统计数据的质量的关键。本文通过分析呼和浩特市2013年环境统计年报审核工作,旨在揭示当前形势下审核工作中存在的问题,提出解决的对策和思路。

Environmental Statistics is an important basic work for environment management, and also is the foundation of scientific decision on environmental management. With the rising attention from the whole society to environmental problem and environmental quality condition, environmental statistics work plays an increasingly significant role. Especially when environmental statistics work accesses to Total Control system and becomes one of important part, it raises the higher requirement for environmental statistics＇data and quality. Reinforcing data audit is the key to improvement quality of environmental statistics data. This article points out the problems existing in audit work under the current situation and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestion by analysis audit work for Hohhot City 2013 Environmental Statistics Annual Report.
