颅脑损伤患者高压氧治疗整体护理探讨

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury to explore the overall care

目的探讨颅脑损伤采用高压氧治疗的整体护理。方法选择我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的颅脑损伤患者50例作为研究对象,均采用高压氧治疗,重视整体护理干预,总结干预成效。结果本组临床总有效率为96%,与干预前比较干预后焦虑程度明显降低,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论加强颅脑损伤患者高压氧治疗过程中的整体护理,可保障预后,改善患者心理状况,提高护理质量,具有非常积极的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effet of brain injury holistic care hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods Fifty patients with traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, holistic nursing interventions importance, summarize intervention effectiveness. Results The clinical total effective rate was 96% pre-intervention and post-intervention comparison anxiety level was significantly lower, a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury in the process of overall care, the prognosis can protect and improve the psychological condition of the patient, to protect the quality of care, with a very positive value.
