米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓用于孕11～13周钳刮术前的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in treatment of pregnant for 11-13 weeks before the curettage

目的探讨米非司酮配伍卡前列甲酯栓用于钳刮术前的临床疗效。方法将240例孕11～13周患者随机分为两组,观察组120例服米非司酮联合放置卡前列甲酯栓;对照组120例仅放置卡前列甲酯栓。结果观察组宫颈扩张显效率90.8%高于对照组51.7%（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术时间（8.5±3.6）h、出血量（14.2±3.3）mL低于对照组的（15.2±3.4）h、（26.3±7.4）mL（P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓用于钳刮术前能明显缩短手术时间,减少出血量,且并发症少。

Objective To observe clinical effect of mifepristone and carboprost methylate suppositories before curettage,studied it＇s effectiveness and safety. Methods A total of 240 cases of pregnancy for 11 to 13 weeks were randomly divided into two groups, 120 cases in observation group, who were given mifepristone and carboprost methylate. 120 cases in the control group only carboprost methylate suppositories. Results In the observation group, the cervical dilatation rate was higher than that in the control group（90.8% vs 51.7%, P0.05）. The observation group operation time were（8.5±3.6）h, the control group operation time were（15.2±3.4）h. The bleeding volume of observation group were（14.2±3.3）mL, the control group were（26.3±7.4） mL, there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with carboprost methylate suppositories before curettage can shorten the time of operation,reduce the amount of bleeding and the postoperative complications.
