Nowadays, there are a lot of cities in planning and even building the modern tramcar, and the accuracy of its projects cost compilation plays a significant role in financial control. The accuracy of the projects cost has been effected by various real problems in the process of cost compilation of modern tramcar engineering. Based on such situation above mentioned, this article is considered to analyze the main factors that impact the accuracy of the projects cost compilation of the modern tramcar, focusing on the descriptions of the standards of the construction, quota adopted, collecting fees program, the methods of the circuits and the scale of the station, then, providing the possible corresponding countermeasures.
