厚煤层底板巷大断面在软岩支护技术中的应用

摘要 本文论述了厚煤层底板巷大断面软岩支护技术的新尝试——"一梁三索"锚网索喷支护技术,以及支护参数。本法使用3.5m长"U"型梁"一梁三索",使顶板支护成为一个整体,通过增加支护稳定性,解决了顶煤松软、破碎,抽漏造成锚杆、锚索支护失效的问题。切眼施工时采用炮掘施工,具体施工顺序:打前探锚杆—掘进机切割上半部——临时支护——打锚杆眼,安装锚杆——铺钢筋网——拧紧螺母——打锚索眼,上锚索——上"U"型钢梁,紧固——掘进机切割下半部——打两帮锚杆——铺钢筋网——拧紧螺母——喷浆。实践证明,厚煤层底板巷大断面"一梁三索"锚网索喷支护技术是一种技术先进,经济合理,安全可靠的支护方式。 This article discusses a new attempt to large cross section in the application of soft rock supporting technology in thick coal seam floor tunnel —— "a beam three cable" anchor boltmesh supporting technology, and supporting parameters. The method use 3.5m long "U" shaped beam which called "a beam three rope" to make roof support as a whole, by increasing support stability to solve the soft top coal,crushing, roof prone lacrosse, pumping leak caused bolt, anchor support failure. Cut using Excavating Construction specific construction sequence: bolt beat former exploration——roadheader cutting the upper half——temporary support——hit the anchor rod eye,installation the anchor rod——paved steel mesh——tighten the nuts——beat the anchor eye, placement of the anchor——placement of the "U" shaped steel beams, tightening——roadheader cutting the bottom half——beat sides to anchor rod——paved the steel mesh——tighten the nuts——guniting. Practice has proved,thick coal seam floor tunnel section, "a three-beam cable" anchor boltmesh supporting technology is an advanced technology which is economical, safe and reliable way of supporting.
