三金排石茶与五淋化石丹治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sanjin Paishi Tea and Wulin Huashi Dan in the treatment of urinary stones

目的探讨三金排石茶治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果,并与五淋化石丹治疗效果进行对比分析。方法研究对象为2013年2月～2014年2月来广东省韶关市中医院就诊治疗的98例泌尿系结石患者,按照治疗方法将患者分为两组,观察组及对照组各49例,对照组采用五淋化石丹治疗,观察组采用三金排石茶治疗,20 d为1个治疗疗程。比较两组治疗前后症候积分、结石体积,治疗后腰腹疼痛、尿急尿痛、尿血临床症状改善率及临床疗效。结果①治疗后观察组与对照组症候积分均明显低于治疗前,观察组治疗后症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②观察组结石排出或消失率明显高于对照组,排出时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。③观察组腰腹疼痛及尿血症状改善率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。④观察组总有效率（87.76%）明显高于对照组（67.35%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论三金排石茶治疗泌尿系结石效果显著,能提高治疗总有效率,降低症候积分,促进结石排出,改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanjin Paishi Tea in the treatment of urinary stones, and to compare the clinical effect of Wulin Huashi Dan. Methods 98 cases of urinary stone patients were collected from February 2013 to February 2014 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shaoguan City, all patients according to the treatment methods were divided into two groups, there were 49 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group, the control group was given Wulin Huashi Dan treatment, the observation group was treated with Sanjin Paishi tea, 20 days for a course of treatment. Symptom score and stone size before and after treatment, clinical symptom improvement rate of waist pain, urgency dysuria, hematuria after treatment and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results ①The symptom scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the symptom scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ②The stone expulsion and disappear rate of the observation group was significantly higher, discharge time was significantly less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ③The symptom improvement rate of waist pain and hematuria in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ④The total efficiency in the observation group（87.76%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（67.35%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sanjin Paishi Tea in the treatment of urinary stones has significant effect, can improve the overall efficiency of treatment and reduce symptom score,can help stone expulsion, improve clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application.
