中药外敷治疗肿瘤术后局部寒证型粘连性肠梗阻37例的效果

Effect of herbal penetration therapy on 37 cases with local cold syndrome type of adhesive intestinal obstruction caused by tumor resection

目的探讨中药外敷治疗肿瘤术后局部寒证型粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果和安全性。方法选择北京中医药大学东方医院肿瘤科2013年1月～2014年1月收治的符合纳入标准的37例患者,给予中药外敷治疗,观察治疗前后症状体征的变化、胃肠功能恢复指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果采用中药外敷治疗2周,痊愈29例,有效6例,无效2例。治愈率为78.4%,有效率（治愈＋有效）为94.6%。中医症状评分治疗后[（1.02±0.46）分]较治疗前[（9.12±1.27）分]明显降低,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。37例患者治疗过程中均未出现局部皮肤过敏反应及其他不良反应。结论中药外敷治疗肿瘤术后局部寒证型粘连性肠梗阻是一种安全有效、操作简便的治疗方法,值得进一步推广和研究。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of herbal penetration therapy on the local cold syndrome adhesive intestinal obstruction caused by tumor resection. Methods 37 patients were chosen who met the inclusion criteria from January 2013 to January 2014 in Department of Oncology of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. They were given herbal penetration therapy treatment, to observe the difference of signs and symptoms between before treatment and after treatment, the index of recovery of gastrointestinal function, as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results After 2 weeks of herbal penetration therapy treatment, 29 cases were cured, 6cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 78.4%, effective rate（cure ＋ effective） was 94.6%. The symptom integral was obviously decreased from before treatment [（9.12±1.27） scores] to after treatment [（1.02±0.46）scores], there were significant differences（P〈0.01）. 37 cases of patients did not appear local skin allergic reaction in the process of treatment and other adverse reactions. Conclusion The treatment of herbal penetration therapy on the local cold syndrome adhesive intestinal obstruction caused by tumor resection is safe, effective, and simple operation,which deserves further promotion and research.
