新公共管理理论体现了以顾客需求为导向、尊崇顾客主权、坚持服务取向、注重提高顾客满意度的发展趋势。新时期下高校学生工作应借鉴新公共管理理论的核心理念,崇尚"以人为本"的服务理念,树立"全人教育"的工作理念和法治化的学生管理理念,走职业化和专业化的发展道路,不断推动学生工作的创新。
The new public management theory reflects the development trend of customer demand orientation, respecting customer's right, adhering to service orientation and focusing on improving customer's satisfaction. In the new period, college student work should draw lessons from the core concept of new public management theory, advocate "people-oriented" service concept, set up the "whole person education" philosophy and the legalization of student management idea, take the path of development of occupation and specialization, and constantly promote innovation of students' work.
