温州1323号“菲特”台风暴雨洪水分析 被引量:3

摘要 2013年10月7日,受"菲特"台风的影响,"风、暴、潮"三碰头,温州瑞安、平阳等地发生强降水,对当地造成严重的洪涝灾害。分析这次暴雨洪水特性,针对其中反映的问题,提出几点防御对策建议。
