阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效评估

Clinical effect evaluation on atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的分析探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将82例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组31例,治疗组给予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,对照组仅给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察记录两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组心功能指标改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪能够有效改善冠心病患者疗效,提高治疗有效率,值得临床上使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods The treatment group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment, control group only received trimetazidine treatment, the degree of cardiac function in treatment group improved significantly than control group（P〈0.05）; total effect rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can improve effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
