某医院血培养临床分离菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的对血培养临床分离菌分布及耐药性进行综合性分析。方法对某医院住院及门诊部门患者送检的260例血培养标本作为研究标本,采用BacT/Alert 3D 120全自动血培养仪进行血培养,ATB Expression仪,进行细菌鉴定,使用K-B法进行药敏试验,对分离菌的分布情况进行观察,同时分析其耐药性。结果 260例血培养标本中阳性24例份,阳性率为9.2%;检出病原菌65株,其中革兰阴性杆菌为主要的分离菌(38例,58.5%);其次为革兰阳性球菌(20例,占7.7%);美罗培南、亚胺培南对肺炎克雷伯菌及大肠埃希菌具有较强的敏感性;鲍氏不动杆菌对阿米卡星、三、四代头孢菌素、环丙沙星耐药性均较高。结论革兰阳性菌是血培养病原菌主要菌群,同时不同菌种耐药性存在不同的差异,因此在给药时要充分重视血培养,检测耐药性及病原菌,从而实现抗菌药物的合理应用,减少耐药菌的产生。
