急诊老年患者留置尿管漏尿原因分析及护理对策

Cause analysis and nursing strategies of emergency elderly patients with indwelling catheter leak

目的分析急诊患者留置导尿管漏尿的原因,探讨相应的护理对策。方法选取这两年间本科留置导尿的老年患者52人,统计出现漏尿的人数,分析具体原因,探讨研究护理对策。结果两年间本科老年患者留置导尿出现漏尿者共12人,与导尿管型号不合适、老年患者退行性变化、气囊内生理盐水注入偏少或渗漏、导尿管引流不畅等因素有关,采取相应的护理措施后,10人漏尿得到有效控制,2人漏尿减轻。结论在对留置导尿的老年患者进行护理的过程中,应根据老年患者特点采取相应的对策,达到有效预防和控制漏尿现象发生的目的。

Objective To analyze reasons of indwelling catheter leak in emergency patients to explore appropriate nursing strategies. Methods From December 2011 to December 2013, 52 cases of elderly patients with indwelling catheter leak in our department were selected, and the number of leak were calculated, the specific reasons were analyzed, and the nursing strategies were discussed. Results There were 12 cases of indwelling catheter leak in our hospital during two years, which was caused by inappropriate catheter type, degenerative changes of elderly patients, fewer physiological saline injection in airbags or leakage, inadequate drainage of catheter, after corresponding measures, 10 cases of indwelling catheter leak got effective control, 2 cases alleviated. Conclusion In the nursing course of patients with indwelling catheter leak, appropriate measures should be taken according to the characteristics of elderly patients to prevent and control urine leakage phenomenon occurance.
