摘要 随着国民经济快速发展,交通和建筑业突飞猛进,目前我国无论是公路、铁路还是城市立交桥梁,均采用预应力箱梁结构。在设计、施工、检验等技术领域都趋向成熟,积累了一定的宝贵经验。本文以河南省濮阳至范县高速公路中对K9+632马颊河大桥64片30M箱梁施工为工程背景,首先回顾了预应力箱梁的研究背景以及国内外的研究现状,然后介绍了其基本原理和工艺特点。最后结合工程实践对其具体施工工艺流程进行了分析,进行了预应力箱梁预制施工方案的研究。通过研究以及具体的工程实践,证明了预应力箱梁预制的施工技术方案是有效可行的,为下步施工提供了可靠的科学依据。 With the fast development of national economy, transportation and construction industry have grown by leaps and bounds. Currently, in our country, No matter highway, railway or urban grade separation bridge, the prestressed box-beam structure is adopted. Technical field, such as design, construction and testing, tends to mature. Some valuable experience was accumulated. Firstly, we have reviewed the research background and the status of prestressed box-beam at home and abroad. Then,we have introduced the basic principles and process characteristics. Finally, we have analyzed the construction technology and procedure combining engineering practice. The effectiveness and feasibility of construction technology program of prestressed box-beam precast were proved, providing a reliable scientific basis for the next step of construction.
