摘要
近几年国内引进了许多采用共轭凸轮式打纬和引剑的SM系列剑杆织机。本文从运动几何学角度出发,用样条函数的方法,对SM系列剑杆织机引纬系统,即凸轮一连杆一轮系组合机构,进行了运动学方面的分析计算,解决了如下问题: 1 用三次样条函数拟合凸轮廓线。2 推导了解SM系列剑杆织机引纬系统运动学的公式。并可作为分析其它剑杆织机运动的参考。3 给出了SM92 剑杆织机的引纬运动规律并进行了分析。
In recent years we have imported several thousands of SM looms, all the SM looms set up conjugate cam beat up as well as rapier driving mechanisms. They all largely influence the precision and reliability of loom operating motions especially the repier driving mechanism.In this paper, we do kinematic analyse for the SM repier driving mechanism, a combination of cam—leverage—gear train machine, by means of spline function interpolation. It is including:1 The 3rd spline function interpolation with the cam profile approximation.2 To derive the kinematic equations satisfing this rapier drive system, it is available for its rapier motion discussion.3 Given a final discussion and conclusion about SM92 rapier movement.
