摘要
研究纸箱成型机中的折边凸轮的重心优化问题。根据从动件的运动规律,通过Creo的实体建模模块将凸轮进行精确的实体建模,再利用Creo的行为建模模块对凸轮重心进行分析和优化。在保证其性能的基础上,减轻了凸轮重量,减小了凸轮在转动时的跳动,提高了从动件运动的稳定性,改善了纸箱成型机的性能。通过Creo软件的分析优化,使得纸箱成型机的折边凸轮重心与旋转轴重合。
