摘要
具有上下差动送料功能的工业平缝机国内至今还未试制成功。本文对其中具有代表性的日本DLU-490型机进行了分析与研究。该送料系统是由含多个复杂高级平面机构组成,在输入运动的一个周期中,送料系统中的机构形态发生变形。本文主要揭示该送料系统的动作机理、建立了送料牙运动轨迹方程,并用计算机模拟合理的送料动作,从而得出系统中各机构之间的相位角。为设计安装调试提供了依据。而且也适用于其它种类的具有上下差动送料功能的工业平缝机。
The industrial sewing machine with both top and bottom feeding system, which has not been made in our country yet, symbolizes the advanced world levels in the garment industry. Analysis and investigation on the typical type DLU-490 made by Japan have been carried out in this paper. The results show that the feeding system is composed of mutiple complex high—class plane mechanisms, and the mechanisms in the system undergo the form change in one cycle of the input motion. We uncover the work principles of the system, and then establish the curve equation of the feed dog, and last get the phase angles among each linkage of the system to satisfy the prescribed feed dog motion througn the computer imitation. This work provides the basis for the machine design, mounting and adjusting, and is also suitable to the other kind of the machine with both top and bottom feeding system.
