摘要
目的:探讨应用糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)多媒体对糖尿病(DM)患者实施健康宣教的效果。方法:选择678例2型DM患者作为研究对象,随机分成干预组和对照组各339例,分别采用DR多媒体宣教法与传统宣教法进行健康教育,观察比较不同宣教方法使两组患者对DR防治相关知识掌握程度及注意点执行情况。结果:患者对DR的相关知识掌握程度,多媒体宣教法优于传统宣教法。结论:采用DR多媒体宣教法进行健康教育可提高DM患者对DR防治知识的认知度,提高其注意点的执行力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of applying diabetic retinopathy (DR) multimedia to implementing health education for diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Methods: 678 cases of type 2 DM patients were chosen as subjects, who were randomized into two groups equally, the intervention group and the control group. DR multimedia education and the traditional health education had been used for DM patients in both groups respectively. Then the mastery of DR knowledge as well as the implementation of the important points by patients in both groups were observed and compared. Results: As for the mastering of relevant knowledge of DR, the publicity through multimedia was much more effective than the traditional one. Conclusion: The adoption of multimedia on health education for DM patients can enhance their cognition degree of preventive knowledge on DR, and their executive force of the important points as well.
