局麻患者围术期低体温护理干预进展

Nursing intervention progress of perioperative low temperature in patients with local anesthesia

低体温是围术期常见并发症,以往手术组医护人员单方面注重全麻或硬膜外麻醉患者围术期体温变化,而对局麻患者的体温未予特殊重视。笔者就低体温对局麻患者围术期的影响和心理、环境、体表、体腔及监测等多种护理干预措施进行综述。

The hypothermia is the common complications of surgeries, and the past experience was that surgeons and nurses only paid attention to the patientes＇ tempreture under general anesthesia or caudalananesthesia rather than the local anesthesia. This article not only elaborates the impacts of local anesthesia upon patients with hypothermia in the perioperative period, but alsosum up such nursing interventions as psychological intervention, environmental and body surface intervention, and tempreture supervisions.
