中西医结合治疗小儿心肌炎78例临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿心肌炎的临床效果。方法 78例小儿心肌炎患儿为研究对象,采取随机分组法分为研究组和对照组,每组39例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在常规西药治疗的基础上服用医院自制的中药汤剂进行治疗,并比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果研究组经治疗后,治愈4例,有效32例,无效3例,总有效率为92.3%。对照组中,治愈2例,有效25例,无效12例,总有效率为69.2%。两组相比,研究组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合法在治疗小儿心肌炎方面临床效果显著,具有较好的临床使用价值,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric myocarditis. Methods Divided 78 pediatric patients with myocarditis into study group and control group, 39 patients in each group, patients in the control group received conventional western medicine, the study group received Chinese decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine, and compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results In study group, after treatment, 4 patients were cured, 32 patients were effective, 3 patients were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.3%. In control group, 2 patients were cured, 25 patients were effective, 12 patients were ineffective, total effective rate was 69.2%. efficacy of study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric myocarditis with better clinical value, so it is worthy of clinical application.
