超声用于诊断颈动脉与经颅多普勒联合检查脑卒中应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析超声用于诊断颈动脉与经颅多普勒(TCD)联合检查脑卒中(TIA)的应用价值。方法随机选取TIA患者44例作为观察组,选取同期到医院作健康体检人员44名作为对照组,均给予经颈动脉超声及TCD检查。结果观察组患者出现颈动脉病变以及颅动脉硬化等病变明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。颈动脉超声+TCD检测结果 ,可明显提高患者阳性率,比颈动脉超声与TCD检测有更高的阳性检出率。结论经颈动脉超声联合检查TIA具有较高的确诊率,明确患者病变位置,为临床治疗提供必要的参考依据,应用价值高。
