摘要
目的对雾霾天咳嗽患者增多的现象进行分析和总结。方法对门急诊咳嗽患者进行甄别。通过对天气状况的了解和询问病史、体格检查、实验室检查和影像学检查,筛选出雾霾所致咳嗽。结果经药物治疗后,所有病例都得到有效缓解,最快疗程3 d,最慢疗程11 d,平均疗程6 d。结论雾霾可以是一个单独的引起咳嗽的原因,认识雾霾咳嗽的特点,对雾霾咳嗽进行合理的治疗,能有效缓解雾霾咳嗽,并且其剧烈程度可以促使患者前去就诊。
Objective To analyze and summarize phenomenon of increased patients with cough. Methods Identified patients with cough by haze through the understanding of the weather conditions, history, physical examination, laboratory examination and imaging examination. Results After treatment, all patients were relieved within 3～11 d, average of 6 d. Conclusion Haze is a separate cause of cough, and its intensity can prompt patients to see a doctor.
