高层住宅楼的建筑结构相对比较特殊,楼层较高;在建设过程中有较高的要求,工程量大,因此,在施工过程中也存在一定的困难。通过对高层住宅楼施工技术的控制要点进行全面的了解和分析,结合实际情况,针对高层住宅楼结构施工技术的应用提出几点参考意见。
