建设资源节约型和环境友好型的社会主义和谐社会,要求住宅产业的发展要遵循可持续发展的思路。运用可持续发展理论对住宅产业可持续发展及其公平性的含义进行了明确界定,认为其内涵主要包括住宅供给的代内公平、住宅租售的代内公平、住宅资源利用的代际公平和环境保护的代际公平四个方面。借助行业发展的统计数据,分析了住宅产业发展过程中出现的种种代内和代际不公平现象,针对这些不公平性问题提出了一些有益的政策建议,对我国住宅产业今后的发展具有良好的理论和实践指导意义。

Building a Resource-Efficient and Environment-Friendly Society, It needs that the housmg industry snould be sustainable development. Basing on the theory of sustainable development, paper defined the signification for the sustainable development of housing industry and its equitability, thought that the equitability for the sustainable development of housing industry mostly include intergenerational equality of house supply, intergenerational equality of house lend and sell, extragenerational equality of house resource, extragenerational equality of environment protection. According to the developmental data of housing industry, the paper analyzed the inequitable phenomenon on development of housing industry, and brought forward some beneficial policy and opinion, which are beneficial to the future development of housing industry.
