一起樱桃谷鸭鸭瘟的诊断

摘要 鸭瘟又称为鸭病毒性肠炎,是鸭、鹅和雁等的一种急性、高度致死性传染病,以软弱、下痢、流泪、部分病鸭头颈肿大为主要临床特征,以血管损伤、组织出血、消化道黏膜糜烂、淋巴器官受损和实质器官退行性病变为主要病理特征。本病病原俗称鸭瘟病毒(Duck plague virus, DPV)或鸭肠炎病毒(Duck en-teritis virus, DEV),一般认为只有一种血清型。国际病毒分类委员会于2011年将该病原种名改为鸭疱疹病毒1型(Anatidherpesvirus 1, AnHV1),将其归属于疱疹病毒科、α-疱疹病毒亚科、马立克氏病毒属。该病毒属于疱疹病毒科疱疹病毒属中过滤性病毒。病毒粒子呈球形,直径为120-180纳米,有囊膜,病毒核酸型为DNA。病毒在病鸭体内分散于各种内脏器官、血液分泌物和排泄物中,其中以肝、肺、脑含毒量最高。
