摘要
通过优化反应条件和筛选随机引物 ,应用 10 0条随机引物对分离的 2 0株猪链球菌做随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分型研究。结果表明 ,有 2 7条引物呈现良好的多态性和稳定性 ,可产生稳定、复杂的指纹图谱。采用SPSS10 .0软件分析了不同菌株之间的遗传距离 ,绘制出了菌株间的亲缘关系树状图 ,结果 ,2 0株猪链球菌被分为
strains of Streptococcus suis were genotyped with randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)fingerprinting by means of optimizing the reaction conditions and of screening 100 random primers.The results showed that 27 primers out of the above mentioned primers have polymorphism and stability,and that the 20 strains can produce the stable and complicate DNA fingerprintings.Afterwards,the genetic distance among 20 strains was calculated with SPSS10.0,and the polygenetic tree among these strains was drawn.The result showed that the 20 strains of Streptococcus suis can be divided into 4 clustering groups.
