构建我国FTA框架下开放补偿机制的政策分析

Analysis on Chinese Open Compensation Mechanism of Trade under the FTA Framework

开放补偿机制是贸易自由化条件下对因贸易开放而遭受损失的产业及其从业人员给予的调整支持措施。随着中国自贸区战略的加快实施,贸易开放补偿机制将成为紧迫的问题和现实课题。本文在借鉴美国、欧盟和韩国等国家和地区贸易调整援助制度的基础上,对中国贸易开放补偿机制建立的作用、原则、法律框架和主体内容进行了分析。

With the speeding up of Chinese FTA strategy, the open compensation mechanism of trade will become a urgent and realistic subject problem. This paper analyzes the trade adjustment and assistance systems of America, European Union , South Korea and other countries and regions, in addition, the functions, principles, legal framework and the main contents of establishment of China＇s trade open compensation mechanism.
