摘要
从"教师专业自我"出发,通过调查分析,从教师自我认识、教师自我体验、教师自我控制三方面描述民族地区双语教师专业自我发展现状。分析了民族地区双语教师专业自我发展问题,探讨了影响双语教师专业自我发展的因素,提出了提升双语教师专业自我发展的策略和路径。
To begin with teachers' self in terms of their specialty, this paper described the status quo of the self improvement on the specialty of bilingual teachers in ethnic minority areas from the three perspectives of teachers' self- awareness, self-experience and self control, analyzed the problems and factors affecting the self improvement of these teachers and finally put forward some strategies and measures to tackle such problems.
