摘要
缅甸林业资源丰富,在支持缅甸经济发展中发挥了重要作用。多年来,缅甸在木材的砍伐中采用缅甸筛选体系,有效地保护了森林资源。缅新政府上台后采取多项措施升级林业资源保护,并从2014年4月1日起全面禁止原木出口。这些举措既加大了保护林业资源力度,也促进木材加工业向高附加值方向发展,环境保护与经济发展两不误。
The abundant forest resources play an important role in the economic development of Myanmar. During the past years, the Myanrnar Selection System has been applied to the logging industry to effectively protect its forest resources. The new government undertook a series of measures to upgrade the protection of forest resources such as forbidding the export of raw wood since April 1st of 2014. These measures have benefited both environmental protection and economic development, not only effectively strengthening the protection of forest resources but also promoting the wood engineering industry with high added value.
