摘要
从教育人类学的观点看,学校管理的高级形态是文化的、精神的、道德的管理。学校发展、教师发展、学生发展归根到底是文化的发展,学校、教师、学生是文化价值的整体,三者之间相辅相成,相依相存,教师和学生的发展是学校发展的目标,学校的发展只能是结果而不是目的。学校的发展是一种文化的发展,历史的发展。
In terms of the pedagogical anthropology, the higher state of school management turns out to be cultural, spiritual and moral management. The development of school, faculty and students are ultimately the development of culture, for school, faculty and students form the integration of cultural values. The three elements are complementary and interdependent to each other. The school development should take the development of faculty and students as its destination. As a development of culture and history, the school development can only be a consequence rather than a purpose.
