摘要
当前,美国在亚太地区推动了跨太平洋伙伴关系(TPP),在欧洲正在商谈跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴协议(TTIP),国际及区域经济合作的制度格局面临变化。太平洋联盟是拉美经济一体化的新发展,不仅呼应了国际区域一体化的新发展趋势,而且在拉美地区树立了贸易投资自由化和一体化的新形象。太平洋联盟是拉美地区市场开放程度相对较快的区域安排,尽管未来仍然面临着多重挑战,但其发展不仅应引起中国的特别关注,而且应从促进中拉经贸关系深入发展以及应对国际经济和区域经济一体化规则变化的战略维度加以考虑。
In recent years the US has been negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership and Transatlantic Trade and In-vestment Partnership, resulting in the institutional changes of international and regional economic integration. Pacific Al-liance is the new development of Latin American integration, which not only echoes the trend of international integrationworldwide, but also establishes a new image in trade and investment liberalization and integration in Latin America. Pa-cific Alliance is one of the most open areas in Latin-American regional market. Even though Pacific Alliance still facesmultiple challenges in the future, it deserves special attention from China in terms of China＇s strategy of enhancing deeper development between China and Latin America, and it requires China to cope with the changes of rules in internation-al and regional integration.
