文化认同与京津冀协同发展

Cultural Identity and the Cooperative Development of Beijing-Tianjin and Heibei

京津冀一体化发展是党中央的重要战略决策,是我国经济发展布局中又一个关键环节,也是区域发展重大的命运转折。为此,从中央到京津冀地区都采取了一系列措施,国家级的协同机制和强有力的政策法规双管齐下,极大地促进了京津冀的协同发展。然而,在京津冀协同发展过程中,文化认同同样是重大而不可忽略的。对京津冀而言,文化认同又恰恰是一个薄弱环节。因此,如何从文化认同的角度促进京津冀地区的协同发展,就显得尤为重要。

The integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important recent strategic decision of the CPC Central Committee under the General Secretary Xi Jinping. It＇s another key step of distribution of China＇ s economic development and a great turning point of the regional development. For this reason, a series of measures have been taken from the central government to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei so as to implement both national coordination mechanisms and effective policies and regulations, which have greatly promoted the cooperative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. However, during the development process of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, cultural identity is also important and cannot be ignored. For Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the cultural identity is one weak link. Therefore, how to promote the cooperative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of cultural identity is particularly important.
