连续静脉静脉血液滤过治疗中管路采血对血生化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨连续静脉静脉血液滤过治疗中管路采血代替血管内采血行血生化检验的可行性。方法采用自身配对设计,选择急诊监护室连续性血液净化治疗的患者31例,同时经血管和血滤管路采集血标本,比较两处血标本的血生化检验结果。结果两处血标本的血清钾、血清钠、血清氯、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮检验值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但管路处采血的血糖值低于血管处采血,经比较,Z=3.14,P<0.05。结论连续性静脉静脉血液滤过治疗时,正确的管路采血可以代替血管采血行部分血生化检验。 Objective To study the feasibility of blood sampling from access line instead of vascular during continuous veno--venous hemofiltration(CVVH) for blood biochemistry. Method Choose 31 cases of patients undergoing CVVH in emergency intensive care unit and use self--paired design. Patients receive blood sampling from access line and vascular and compare the result of blood biochemistry. Result Serum potassium, serum sodium, serum chloride, serum creatinine (SCr) and serum urea nitrogen (SUN) of blood from two sampling sites have no significant difference (P〉0. 05). Blood glucose from access line is higher than from vascular, Z=3. 14,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Proper blood sampling from access line can replace blood sampling from vascular during CVVH for some items of blood biochemistry.
