摘要
目的调查新护士的离职意愿与社会支持及焦虑水平的相关性,分析影响因素,为制定稳定护士队伍措施提供参考依据。方法采用自制新护士一般资料调查表、离职意愿量表、领悟社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表对杭州市某三级甲等综合性医院2012年招聘的133名新护士进行调查。结果新护士离职意愿得分为(2.33±0.39)分,处于较高水平;离职意愿与继续教育计划、家庭内支持、焦虑症状相关。结论新护士离职意愿偏高,继续教育计划、家庭内支持、焦虑感是影响因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between new nurses' turnover intension and social support, anxiety level and analyze influencing factors to provide evidence to retain nursing team. Method Investigate 133 newly employed nurses in 2012 from a third--grade class--A hospital of Hangzhou by general questionnaire of new nurses, turnover intension scale, Perceived social support scale (PSSS) and Self--Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Result Score of turnover intension for new nurses is (2. 33±0. a9), which is in high level. Turnover intension is correlated to further education plan, family support and anxiety symptoms. Conclusion New nurses have high turnover intension, which is correlated to further education plan, family support and anxiety symptoms.
