HPLC法测定天麻眩晕宁合剂中天麻素和芍药苷的含量

Determination of gastrodin and paeoniflorin in Tianma Xuanyunning Mixture by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定天麻眩晕宁合剂中天麻素和芍药苷的含量。方法色谱柱为ODS C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,检测波长为223 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL·min^-1。结果天麻素和芍药苷的线性范围分别是0.020 4～0.816μg,0.073～2.92μg,平均加样回收率分别为为98.3%,96.7%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于天麻素眩晕宁合剂中天麻素和芍药苷的定量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin and paeoniflorin in Tianma Xuanyunning Mixture.Methods The optimum HPLC condition was as follows：Hypersil C18column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm）,mobile phase：actonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution,detection wavelength：223 nm,column temperature：30 ℃,flow rate：1 mL min^-1.Results There were good linearity between peak areas and injection quantity of gastrodin and paeoniflorin within the range of 0.020 4 ～ 0.816 μg,0.073 ～ 2.92 μg.The average recovery was 98.3 % for gastrodin,96.7% for paeoniflorin.Conclusion The HPLC measurement was reasonable,stable and accurate.The method could detect gastrodin and paeoniflorin in Tianma Xuanyunning Mixture.
